3. The Fine Print

We have a three night minimum stay for Martin Luther King, President's, Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend. Any other low- and mid-season stays have a two night minimim.

A cleaning fee of $135 will be charged. Also, a refundable security deposit of $350 is required.
